Reality Suite Proves Rock’s Not Dead With Single “Legendary”

With a sound that is as authentic as it is exciting, rock group Reality Suite has released their electric new single “Legendary,” available everywhere now. The New Jersey based band was formed back in 2009 and has continued to release groundbreaking music. The band members Brian King (drums,) Antonio Valenti (bass,) and Joe Padula (guitars) spent years rotating through a multitude of male and female singers before landing on killer vocalist Kimmii Heart in 2013. Since signing with DI Records, the group has continued to build a global and dedicated fan base.
“Legendary” follows the foundation of Reality Suite’s idea that rock is not dead. With a keen sense of who they are, they have a real bite that ties perfectly with their melodic sound. The instrumentals have distorted guitars filled with grit, full drum sounds, and intense gang vocals. Heart’s vocals pair perfectly with the band’s sound, as she has so much emotion and passion flooding from her.
Another impressive layer of the band is their lyricism. “Legendary” is a song full of passion and angst and while having these intense vocals they are able to talk about a more vulnerable topic like love. It shows they are not one dimensional, and they know what real rock is, they have that storytelling ability that makes them special.
“We are legendary lovers / nothing’s gonna stop us / we rule the night / we are legendary,” Heart sings to open up the track.
Overall, the band shows they are a strong female fronted rock group, walking right alongside groups like Halestorm and Haloscene. Reality Suite has a clear sound and brand that only continues to sharpen with each release. It is remarkable to see this group continue to stand their ground on real rock music and prove that rock is far from dead.
